Job summary

MaineHealth is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant for a full-time night shift at St. Andrews Village. The role supports nursing care under RN supervision and includes a comprehensive benefits package.

Sign-on bonuses are offered based on experience, with specific thresholds for 0-1 years and 1+ years. Eligible candidates are hired into a full or part-time CNA position. Base pay ranges from $20.27 to $24.36 per hour, with prorated compensation for part-time roles and additional incentives

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
• License/Certifications: Current applicable state CNA certification required. BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
• Experience: Relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists in administering nursing care to designated residents under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Performs a variety of direct and indirect care duties.
• Contributes to a safe, supportive patient family centered care environment.
