Job summary

Skylake Post Acute in Thornton, Colorado, is seeking a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant to provide direct care to residents under the supervision of licensed nurses. The 10pm–6am shift runs with a rotating weekend schedule, offering competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

We value compassionate team members who hold a Colorado CNA license, current CPR, and can pass background checks. LTC/SNF experience is a plus, and we promote continuous training and growth in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Must possess at a minimum 10th grade education.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in Colorado.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and Colorado CAPS background check.
• Experience in LTC/SNF is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents under the direction of licensed nurses.
• Assist with activities of daily living and basic nursing tasks.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
• Document care provided and report changes to supervising staff.
