Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess valid CNA license per state requirements.
• Minimum 10th grade education.
• CPR certification preferred but not required at hire.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before procedures with wristband or photo ID.
• Assist residents with daily activities and mobility.
• Record entries accurately on flow sheets and notes.
• Report changes in residents' condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
• Maintain resident rooms and safety, including bed safety and cleanliness.
• Protect resident privacy and confidential information at all times.
