Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs treatments according to policy and procedure, providing patient care appropriate to age, mobility, acuity, and culture.
• Participates in practice changes resulting from performance improvement activities and supports quality standards.
• Communicates effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Assists in the delivery of patient care as a team member under the direction of a registered nurse.
