Job summary

StoneBridge Senior Living in Pocahontas, AR seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant for the night shift (6pm–6am) to support nurses and care staff in delivering compassionate daily resident care. The role follows established care plans and policies with a focus on empathy and teamwork.

Qualified candidates must have a state-approved CNA program, pass the competency exam within 120 days, and possess CPR/BLS certification if possible.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Aide required or graduate of an approved program and passed the state exam within 120 days.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification preferred.
• At least one year of long-term care experience preferred.
• Must communicate effectively in an interdisciplinary care setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide supportive services to nurses and staff as needed.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living per care plans.
• Assist with lifting, turning and transferring residents.
• Coordinate dining services and assist with feeding and documentation.
• Record meal intake and monitor resident weight and skin condition.
• Document progress and report changes to nurses and supervisors.
• Communicate factors affecting ability to perform duties.
