Job summary

PIH Health Downey Hospital is seeking a Certified Nurse Attendant to deliver compassionate patient care under supervision of licensed staff. You will assist with routine nursing tasks, monitor patients, and help maintain a safe, clean environment to support efficient department operations.

Requirements include a California CNA license and BLS certification; prior acute care experience is preferred. Strong communication, interpersonal, and basic computer skills are essential to coordinate care

Qualifications

• Must have a current California CNA certification.
• Prior experience in an acute care facility preferred or formal classroom education and hospital/in-service orientation.
• Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
• Evidence of continuing education where required.
