Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Prior acute care and patient care experience preferred.
• Current Florida CNA license and BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Reports for scheduled shift on time and prepared to assume responsibilities.
• Attends and participates in meetings and communicates information effectively.
• Adheres to hospital policies and procedures 100% of the time.
• Assists patients, families, physicians, visitors and staff professionally and courteously.
• Follows Infection Control procedures at all times.
• Complies with Safety Policies, MSDS, and Hazardous Material procedures.
• Demonstrates awareness of security and personal protection.
• Maintains environmental care standards.
