Job summary

NHC HealthCare Joplin is seeking a dedicated CNA for our 119-bed facility. As a Family Centered SNF team member, you will provide compassionate care to residents, support daily living activities, and help maintain a respectful, welcoming environment.

We offer a $1,000 sign-on bonus for full-time CNAs, tuition reimbursement, health/dental/vision insurance, 401k, uniforms, earned time off, and opportunities for advancement. Shifts are day or night, 12-hour rotations.

Qualifications

• Missouri CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) certificate required.
• Ability to work day or night shifts to support residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate patient care and assist with activities of daily living under supervision.
• Support residents and families, ensuring a respectful, family-centered environment.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and dignity in daily routines and care plans.
