Job summary

NHC HealthCare Joplin is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our family-oriented team in Joplin, MO. You will provide compassionate patient care across a diverse resident population in a 119-bed facility, interacting closely with patients and their families to support comfort and recovery.

We offer a sign-on bonus of $1,000 for full-time CNAs, along with growth opportunities, benefits, and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Missouri CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) certificate required.
• Compassionate care and teamwork in a 119-bed facility.

Responsibilities

• Care for a variety of patients in our 119-bed facility.
• Provide care during day or night shifts, 12-hour shifts.
• Engage with patients and families to support recovery and comfort.
