Job summary

Life Care Centers of America is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in Chattanooga for the night shift. The CNA will provide routine daily nursing care to assigned patients, including bathing, feeding, grooming, and toileting, while adhering to Life Care standards.

Qualified candidates will hold a State-approved CNA program completion, an active license in good standing, CPR certification, and ideally one year of skilled nursing experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program.
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State. Must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment.
• One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care to assigned patients in accordance with Life Care standards.
• Deliver direct care to patients (bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting, etc.) as directed.
• Make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
• Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients.
