Job summary

Henry County Health and Rehabilitation in Paris, Tennessee seeks compassionate CNAs to join our care team. The full-time role includes night shifts (7pm–7am) with a $1,000 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits.

As a CNA, you will assist residents with daily living, follow care plans, and support dining services while maintaining patient confidentiality and reporting changes to the nurse supervisor.

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee CNA certification required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification required.
• Ability to assist residents with activities of daily living and care plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide supportive services and assists with duties as assigned by clinical leadership.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living according to care plans.
• Coordinate dining services including meal tray delivery, feeding assistance and meal intake documentation.
• Report changes in a resident’s condition to the nurse supervisor and communicate factors affecting performance.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information in all formats.
