Responsibilities

• Educate and counsel patients and families on medication use.
• Provide safe, timely, cost‑effective therapy and support stewardship.
• Participate in direct patient care and interdisciplinary rounds.
• Supervise technicians, interns, and residents; support learning.
• Identify and report medication safety events and errors.
• Engage with EHRs and pharmacy informatics to optimize care.
