Job summary

The Clinical Nurse (SSN) Seasonal is part of Loma Linda University Shared Services (LLUSS) supplemental staffing. Functions out of a home department and is reassigned to any licensed facility under LLUH where additional staffing is needed to cover sick calls, vacations, federal and state leaves or vacancies.

Requires an RN license in California, BLS/ACLS, and at least two years of acute care recently. Night shift, temporary up to six months, with possible extension, and on-call rotation as

Qualifications

• Associate Degree or Diploma in Nursing required.
• California RN license active.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Minimum two years of acute care experience within the last two years.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document patient-centered care across shifts.
• Prioritize, coordinate and delegate within scope of practice.
• Lead and collaborate with licensed/unlicensed staff as needed.
• Maintain professional communication and recordkeeping.
