LanceSoft is hiring a Clinical Nurse Coordinator for a nights shift in Kansas City, MO. You will coordinate patient care and support the nursing team to ensure high-quality patient-centered care. A BSN is preferred; active RN license is required; Med-Surg experience, especially as a Charge RN, is highly valued.

The role offers a $30–$47 hourly range with a $4.00 shift differential for nights/weekends, plus sign-on opportunities and relocation assistance on a case-by-case basis.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
• Active RN license in state of practice or a compact license.
• 2+ years Med-Surg RN experience; Charge RN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee patient care activities during the shift to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Support nursing staff through scheduling, training, guidance, and daily operational management.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve patient outcomes, workflow, and unit performance.
