Job summary

Carolina Components Group is seeking a Cleanroom Technician to assemble, test, inspect, and package single-use assemblies in a controlled environment. You will follow approved drawings and batch records, perform in-process inspections, and ensure packaging integrity.

The role requires reading English procedures, strong dexterity, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Prior experience in a controlled environment and assembly is preferred, with work conducted in climate-controlled facilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a controlled environmental space preferred.
• Previous assembly experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Understand and apply on-the-job training instructions.
• Follow processes in a controlled manufacturing space.
• Read and understand assembly drawings and instructions to assemble products.
• Distinguish sub-component parts by part number and visually inspect components.
• Perform in-process inspections per specifications and work orders.
• Label and package products.
• Adhere to assembly methods and acceptance/rejection criteria.
• Comply with quality system policies and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance to ensure product quality and address non-conformities.
• Report problems with quality, processes, equipment, or materials to supervision.
• Use approved tools and fixtures safely and efficiently.
• Complete line clearance, scrap records, and training records as required.
• Maintain batch records for traceability.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
