Job summary

Kitchen Guard, an EverSmith Brand, is seeking a Night Shift Kitchen Cleaning Technician at our Pleasant Hill location to ensure safe, clean, and compliant kitchen exhaust systems for commercial kitchens. You will perform power washing of hoods, ducts, and fans, manage site setup, and work independently to uphold our standards of quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Must be able to climb ladders to access rooftops.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Stand for up to 10 hours at a time.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work quickly and accurately.

• Power washing kitchen exhaust systems including hoods, ductwork, filters, and fans.
• Efficient setup and takedown of job sites and equipment.
• Performing tasks independently without direct supervision.
• Maintain and manage equipment; report discrepancies.

Job Overview:

As a Night Shift Kitchen Cleaning Technician at our Pleasant Hill location, you'll be at the heart of our operations.

Responsibilities include:

• Power washing kitchen exhaust systems, covering hoods, ductwork, filters, and exhaust fans.
• Efficient setup and takedown of job sites and equipment.
• Performing tasks independently without direct supervision.
• Maintain and manage equipment, and report any discrepancies.

Physical Requirements:

• Be physically able to climb ladders to gain rooftop access to commercial establishments.
• Ability to squat, lift, and carry 50 lbs., a minimum of 100 feet.
• Able to stand for 10 hours at a time.
• Have excellent attention to detail and work fast and efficiently.
