Kitchen Guard of Chicago is seeking a Night Shift Cleaning Technician to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in our commercial kitchen facilities.

You will work during night shifts to ensure all areas meet safety and cleanliness standards, coordinating with kitchen staff and reporting maintenance needs as they arise.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning or janitorial experience preferred, especially in commercial settings.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and proper usage techniques.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of kitchen equipment and surfaces during night shifts.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all cleaning tasks.
• Restock cleaning supplies and report any maintenance issues to management.
• Utilize appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment effectively.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a clean and organized workspace.

• Assist in deep cleaning projects as assigned by supervisors.
