Job summary

Pritchard Industries is seeking a night shift cleaner to maintain cleanliness at MIAMI FREEDON PARK. This part-time role offers a 10pm to 4am schedule and requires a reliable, hardworking individual. Duties include vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, trash removal, and cleaning restrooms and break rooms.

The ideal candidate will be punctual, capable of lifting up to 50 pounds, and able to follow supervisor instructions; janitorial experience is a plus and training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Prior cleaning experience is a plus.
• Janitor experience is a plus, but training provided.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for vacuuming, mopping, sweeping floors, trash removal rest room and break room cleaning and other miscellaneous duties to ensure that building and facilities are maintained in a healthy, safe, and sanitary manner. Ideal candidate will have professional attitude & appearance and is initiative-taking, hardworking, dependable, and responsible.

Job Requirements

• Must be able to follow instructions from supervisor and complete all tasks effectively.
• Prior cleaning experience is a plus.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Janitor experience a plus but will train.
• Reliable Transportation.
