Job summary

SRI Healthcare, LLC is seeking a Class B CDL Driver for the 3rd shift at our Romulus, MI Depot. You will reliably transport hospital supply carts, perform loading/unloading, and maintain professional communication with client hospitals to ensure inventory integrity and on-time deliveries.

Responsibilities include safety inspections, DOT compliance, daily log maintenance, and acting as the primary on-site company representative. High school diploma or GED required; CDL B essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold a CDL Class B license.
• Able to obtain any additional licenses or pass tests required by authorities at the location.
• Able to maintain a safe driving record.
• Able to push/pull loaded carts weighing up to 400 pounds.
• Able to communicate professionally with clients.
• Ability to keep accurate log sheets.
• Detail oriented with the ability to multitask.
• Able to read and understand SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Drive company truck carrying supply carts for hospitals.
• Load and unload truck and deliver carts and other SRI Healthcare products.
• Take cart(s) to designated areas and rotate stock by dates.
• Daily pick-up of used SRI Healthcare products.
• Interact with customers and discuss inventory needs.
• Ensure PODs are signed and dated with delivery/return times.
• Act as the facility’s primary representative at client hospitals.
• Perform pre-trip safety inspections and comply with DOT regulations.
• Clean the company truck per SOP.
• Provide feedback to facility management.
• Keep accurate records/logs.
• Assist in other areas as directed.
