Job summary

Stormont Vail Health is seeking a BSN-educated registered nurse for a full-time 12-hour night shift in the United States. The role encompasses psychiatric and general nursing care, de-escalation, safety, assessment, planning, and discharge planning across the lifespan.

You will provide comprehensive patient care, collaborate with the care team, mentor newer nurses, and uphold Stormont Vail’s standards and policies while maintaining documentation and privacy with evidence-based practices.

Qualifications

• BSN degree required.
• Registered Nurse licensure in Kansas (KSBN) or multi-state licensure accepted.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification may be required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Collects data and information relevant to the patient and setting.
• Analyzes assessment data to identify problems and plan care.
