Job summary

Avir at Lomaland in El Paso, TX is seeking a Graveyard Shift - Charge Nurse to lead the night nursing team from 10pm to 6am. You will oversee clinical and administrative tasks to maintain high standards of patient care and safety.

Requirements include a current Texas RN license, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Training is provided upon hire.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and guidance to the nursing team during the graveyard shift, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Coordinate and prioritize patient care, ensuring timely and efficient treatment.
Conduct patient assessments, develop care plans, and implement interventions as needed.
Manage and supervise the nursing team, providing feedback and coaching as necessary.
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and support staff to ensure seamless patient care.
Monitor and maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control protocols and regulatory standards.
