Catholic Health, Mercy Hospital of Buffalo, invites applications for a Charge Nurse on Night Shift (Shift 3). This full-time position supports patient care on the 6:45pm–7:00am schedule.

You will lead nursing care on your shift, coordinate resources, supervise staff, and collaborate with physicians and other disciplines to achieve positive patient outcomes.

Requirements include NYS Registered Nurse licensure, BLS validation, ACLS within 6 months of hire; 0.940 FTE with weekend/holiday rotation.

Qualificações

• Registered Nurse must be currently licensed in New York State.
• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing currently registered in New York State.
• BLS validation and ACLS within 6 months of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Participates in the overall planning, organizing, directing, decision making and evaluation of the delivery of nursing care on their shift.
• As a professional nurse, the charge nurse participates in creating and maintaining an atmosphere of mutual trust and respect.
