AdventHealth in Orlando, FL is seeking a Patient Care Technician to support bedside care on a 3X12 night shift schedule from 7PM to 7AM. You will work closely with registered nurses to deliver high-quality patient care and participate in safety and performance initiatives.

Required licenses include Basic Life Support (BLS), CNA, CPCT/A or EMT, with a High School diploma or equivalent. This full-time role offers comprehensive benefits from Day One and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 1+ applicable PCT experience preferred.
• Previous bedside patient care in acute care or similar setting preferred.
• Good communication with patients, families and team members.

Responsabilités

• Perform treatments according to policy and procedure; provide patient care.
• Respond to clinical emergencies as needed.
• Support quality initiatives and performance improvement.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
• Document procedures per department policy.
• Assist in obtaining nursing history and reporting abnormalities.
• Identify patient needs and assist under RN supervision.
