Job summary

Juniper is seeking care aides to provide physical support, keeping residents engaged, safe, and independent in a senior living setting. You will support medication administration and daily living activities, and document vitals as directed.

This full-time night role (11 pm–7 am) may include PRN shifts (3 pm–11 pm or 11 pm–7 am) and every-other-weekend coverage. DailyPay on-demand pay is offered, with starting pay at $22.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent (Required).
• Medication Tech Certification (Required).

Responsibilities

• Assist with medication administration and documentation for residents in a senior living setting.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, hair care, shaving, continence management, securing transportation, appointments, telephone use, dining, and Juniper programs.
• Check and monitor vital signs as instructed.
• Communicate effectively with team, residents, and families.
• Provide excellent customer service.
