Job summary

The GIANT Company is seeking a store associate to unload trucks, break down pallets, restock shelves, and manage backstock. You will handle U-boats, rotate stock, and ensure displays are up to standard across our Easton, PA locations.

This role emphasizes physical stamina, safety, and teamwork to keep products available for customers. Primary duties include loading stocking items, replenishing backstock, and supporting store management in maintaining stock levels and presentation.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be able to communicate and understand company policies and safety regulations in order to complete job duties in a satisfactory manner.
• Must meet the ergonomic and physical requirements, as well as the physical base scores for this position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must meet the company performance standards for the job including but not limited to regular attendance.
• Must be able to use, or learn to use, the equipment and tools used to perform this job.

Responsibilities

• Load U-boat with stocking items
• Stock and replenish shelves from backstock
• Stock and replenish mass or end displays, rotate product, and present shelving as requested by store management or replenishment lead
• Remove out of code items using most efficient methods for rotation.
