Job summary

Select Water Solutions is seeking a CDL A driver for night shifts to safely operate heavy-duty trucks, load and secure cargo, and ensure timely deliveries of oilfield equipment. This role requires DOT compliance, a valid CDL A, and a DOT medical card, with preference for tanker/HazMat endorsements and energy industry experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as CDL A driver preferred.
• CDL A license is required.
• High School diploma/GED required.
• Tanker and HazMat endorsement preferred.
• Meet all Federal Motor Carrier DOT requirements and safety qualifications.
• Current DOT medical card required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to read and interpret routes, safety rules, tickets, operating instructions, and manuals.
• Organizational and time management skills are essential.
• Must pass DOT pre-employment physical.
• Ability to work night or weekend shifts as necessary.
• Detail oriented due to safety requirements.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Team-oriented attitude is essential.
• CDL certification from an accredited driving school with one year of driving experience, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in energy industry.

Responsibilities

• Load and secure cargo and ensure proper weighting of shipments.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform basic vehicle maintenance.
• Ensure truck inspections are current and compliant with DOT regulations.
• Drive safely and deliver on time while following company policies.
• Coordinate with Procurement for deliveries and pick-ups.
• Represent Select Water Solutions in a professional manner in uniform.
• Load/unload truck as required and work in yard/field as needed.
• Adhere to safety rules and company policies at all times.
