Responsibilities

• Promote patient and family-centered care, including education on illness management and post-treatment needs.
• Participate in activities that ensure patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans in collaboration with the care team, patients, and families.
• Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences and barriers to involvement.
• Assist physicians during diagnostic and interventional procedures, providing pharmacologic and hemodynamic support.
• Conduct post-procedural assessments and stabilization, ensuring safe transfers.
