Job summary

Tuscan Dairy Farms is seeking a Case Dock Laborer to support our Case Room operations in Burlington, NJ. The role covers loading, unloading, and maintaining case flow, with focus on safety and efficiency during night shift.

Responsibilities include equipment upkeep, accurate paperwork, and adherence to GMPs. Competitive hourly pay and benefits accompany a path for growth within the dairy farming family.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Warehouse, production, or general work experience preferred.
• Certification and/or License may be required during employment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean all equipment in the assigned area.
• Slide case stacks from truck using milk hook or pallet jack as appropriate.
• Ensure conveyor tracks are filled with empty cases to prevent production delays.
• Prioritize which truck to empty first based on input from supervisors and yard drivers.
• Follow GMP and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Report any food safety and quality issues to management immediately.
