You will oversee evening care, medication administration, and staff supervision, ensuring safe, compliant operations, strong communication with residents and families, and smooth shift transitions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year previous caregiving experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• CBRF certifications preferred but not required.
• Ability to supervise and lead evening staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate personal care and facilitate daily routines for residents.
• Oversee daily operations when filling in for the shift manager.
• supervise evening staff and coordinate care to ensure safety and quality.
• Administer medications and assist with personal care tasks as needed.
• Document care activities and communicate with incoming managers and families.
