Life Enriching Communities is seeking a Resident Aide for the Concord Reserve facility in Westlake, OH. This full-time night shift role supports residents with daily routines and compassionate care, following individualized care plans and assessments.

You will work 7:00 PM–7:00 AM on a full-time schedule, responding swiftly to residents’ needs while maintaining dignity, respect, and a safe environment. The role emphasizes teamwork and excellent patient care within a supportive community.
