Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform basic patient care activities under RN supervision, including vitals and intake/output.
• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Report abnormal findings to nursing staff promptly.
• Keep patient rooms and common areas stocked, clean and orderly.
• Maintain patient records and documentation in accurate format.
• Support unit operations, stocking supplies and clerical tasks.
