Curaleaf is hiring a Production Technician in Homestead, FL. This role involves staging products and materials across production lines, performing quality assurance checks, and maintaining strict data accuracy and compliant packaging for cannabis products.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment, follows SOPs, and collaborates with teammates to ensure on-time production. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent; night shift is 2:00 PM–10:30 PM, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Stage products and packaging materials across production lines with QA checks.
• Improve efficiency and reduce waste through collaboration and communication.
• Perform in-process and final quality checks and maintain data accuracy and secure packaging.
• Maintain Clean and organized extraction room and adhere to OSHA standards and SOPs.
• Ensure labeling accuracy and state regulatory compliance for all products.
