Job summary

OSU-OKC seeks a Security Guard to protect campus facilities, monitor radio, respond to calls, and perform patrols by foot and vehicle. The role involves completing incident reports and daily activity logs to ensure safety for students, staff, and visitors. Shift is 11:00 p.m.

Qualifications

• High School/GED (degree must be conferred on or before start date).
• One year of responsible work experience.
• Current CLEET unarmed security guard (Phase I and II).
• Must maintain CLEET courses per year and a valid Oklahoma driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and assistance as needed.
• Wear issued uniform and maintain its appearance.
• Patrol campus buildings and parking areas, by foot and vehicle.
• Respond to emergencies and dispatch information via radio.
• Complete incident and daily activity reports.
• Coordinate with Administration during crises and ensure security of doors/windows.
• Liaise with law enforcement as necessary and uphold campus safety.
• Attend required training and participate in development activities.
