Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a skilled Low Voltage Technician to join their nationwide rollout team in Atlanta, GA. This contract position requires reliability and meticulous attention to detail as technicians will work in teams to complete structured cabling installations and ensure high-quality craftsmanship at each site.

Technicians should have experience with low-voltage cabling and the ability to operate man lifts. The position offers medical, dental, vision benefits, and a pay range of $19.00–$21.00 per hour, with training provided during orientation.

Qualifications

• Experience with low-voltage cabling, structured wiring, or related technical installation work.
• Ability to operate a man lift (certification preferred or willingness to obtain).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to participate in daily project calls.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work overnight shifts consistently.
• Ability to travel nationwide for the duration of the project.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to complete documentation accurately.
• Team-oriented mindset with ability to collaborate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Arrive on site by 7 PM and complete all work by 7 AM.
• Participate in daily conference calls to report progress and receive updates.
• Operate a man lift safely and in accordance with site requirements.
• Complete Work Orders accurately and obtain required sign-offs for all completed work.
• Maintain a high level of craftsmanship and attention to detail on every installation.
• Work collaboratively within a 2-person team to meet nightly installation targets.
• Troubleshoot and overcome onsite challenges while maintaining project timelines.
• Follow all safety protocols, company standards, and client expectations.
