Job summary

Par Health in Hobart, NY is seeking a Blending Technician to join our manufacturing team. You will blend designated raw materials into final dosage blends, operate blending equipment, and ensure strict compliance with cGMP, SOPs, and safety guidelines.

You will support QA initiatives, participate in line changeovers, maintain accurate records, prepare samples for QC, and help drive process improvements while upholding environmental health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in pharmaceutical blending operations adhering to cGMP and SOPs.
• Ability to maintain compliant documentation and batch records.
• Familiarity with quality control practices and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate blending equipment as required.
• Make minor adjustments to equipment and verify scales.
• Inspect production areas for safety and cleanliness and stage materials for batches.
• Blend ingredients according to SOPs and packaging instructions.
• Label materials and record weights and process data accurately.
• Submit samples to Quality Control Laboratory and manage DEA material controls.
• Assist in training and running validation batches and process improvements.
