Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent manufacturing experience.
• 6–12 months of manufacturing work experience for certain tracks.
• High school/GED with 2 years of manufacturing experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment independently post-training.
• Monitor equipment, spaces, and outputs for safety and quality.
• Record activities and verify data using electronic systems (SAP, Symphony, SCADA).
• Complete documentation promptly and in compliance with GDP and SOPs.
• Collaborate with engineers/mechanics for complex issues.
• Participate in daily meetings to align with production needs.
