Sheridan is hiring for a Manufacturing Associate – Finishing/Bindery on a nighttime shift (7p–7a) at our print manufacturing site. We’ll train you to run high-speed bindery equipment and contribute to books, catalogs, and printed materials used daily.

Qualifications

• High school Diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions.
• Basic math and measuring skills.
• Read and interpret work orders, safety rules, and manuals.
• Reliability and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Feed books/signatures into machine
• Pack books into cartons
• Safely move materials/books to and from workstation
• Perform hand operations as required
• Work as part of a team to hit daily production goals
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality
• Follow safety procedures and keep workspace clean
