Job summary

Night 3x12-hour shifts, 1:4 patient ratios, and 13-week duration are part of the assignment. The ideal candidate has 2 years of ED/Psych ED experience, NC or Compact license, and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide care for patients in behavioral health crisis in ED/PSYCH ED.
• Utilize crisis intervention and de-escalation to stabilize patients.
• Follow seclusion and physical hold protocols when necessary.
• Administer medications such as antipsychotics and mood stabilizers as ordered.
• Maintain documentation and participate in ongoing training and compliance.
