Qualifications

• Degree in psychology is highly preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Monitors unit milieu and maintains a safe, therapeutic environment.
• Leads activity groups for patients per program schedule.
• Conducts patient observation rounds for safety.
• Collaborates with unit nursing staff on patient care.
• Responds to crises using de-escalation techniques.
