Job summary

Refresco in Joplin, MO is seeking a Batching Blending Technician II for the night shift. The role focuses on operating batching and blending equipment, verifying ingredients via SAP, and ensuring product quality per GMP/HACCP standards.

You will handle forklift operations, maintain sanitation, and contribute to timely completion of production tasks while supporting QA with accurate data recording and batch documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience operating batching/blending equipment and adhering to GMP and HACCP standards.
• Must follow safety policies and wear PPE per site rules.
• Ability to verify ingredients and adjust batches to meet specs.
• Capable of recording batch data accurately and communicating with QA.

Responsibilities

• Operate batching/blending equipment per SOPs.
• Transport ingredients with forklift and manage pre-weighs.
• Verify ingredients against SAP and quality specs.
• Take and deliver blend samples for QA testing.
• Maintain sanitation of the area and equipment.
• Assist in training new staff if needed.
