Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company is hiring an Automotive Service Manager for the Fort Wayne Fleet Service Center. This night-shift role blends leadership with hands-on service, including diagnostics, repairs, and documentation to ensure quality results.

You will lead a team, manage schedules, and drive safety and guest satisfaction while working a 4-day week from 8 PM to 6 AM. Prior automotive service management experience is preferred, with opportunities for growth and training.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of automotive service management experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• No relocation offered for this position.
• ASE Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily fleet service center operations.
• Schedule team, service appointments, and workflows.
• Perform hands-on vehicle service and diagnostics.
• Ensure safety, quality, and guest satisfaction in all tasks.
• Document work performed and maintain accurate repair orders.
• Promote teamwork to meet timelines and standards.
