Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is preferred, and there is a strong emphasis on safety and continuous improvement. High school diploma or GED required, with background checks and drug screening mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the operations of the production lines.
• Grind scrap material to be reused or disposed of.
• Assist with quality checks and ensure production orders meet specifications.
• Bag and place product in designated warehouse areas.
• Maintain a clean work area.
• Be flexible and willing to move to different lines as needed.
• Follow safety policies, PPE requirements, and housekeeping standards.
• Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the operations of the production lines
• Grind scrap material to be reused or disposed of
• Assist with quality checks and make sure production orders are produced according to specifications
• Bag and place product in designated warehouse areas
• Maintain a clean work area
• Must be able to be flexible and willing to be moved to different production lines and areas as needed.
• Follow all safety policies, PPE requirements, and housekeeping standards.
• Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality and compliance

• Strong teamwork, communication, and willingness to accept coaching.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
• Basic math and tape measure skills.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems preferred.

Work Environment

• Indoor warehouse/manufacturing environment.
• Exposure to moving equipment, high temperatures, humidity, and noise

Physical Requirements

• Must be ale to lift 75+ lbs continuously up to 12 hours a day
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift/bend consistently (up to 12 hours)
• Steel Toe Boots Required
• Forklift experience is a plus!

Education & Experience

• High school diploma/GED preferred
• Must submit to free background checks
• Must pass a drug screen
