Job summary

Bausch + Lomb in Tampa, FL is seeking an operator for aseptic filling on a Sunday-Thursday night shift from 11:00pm to 7:30am. The role supports aseptic line operations, line clearance, disinfection, and documentation in the batch record.

Start pay is $20.00 per hour. The position requires attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and English proficiency. Strong teamwork and adherence to safety and quality standards are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be detail oriented and quality conscious.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Operates automated aseptic filling line equipment (ointment and basic solution/suspension).
• Transfers components into the aseptic area.
• Maintains production area to prevent cross-contamination (line clearance).
• Disinfects aseptic filling lines after each run and performs line clearance.
• Operates Continuous Particle Monitoring System (CPMS).
• Responsible for maintaining OEE (overall equipment effectiveness).
• Documents batch records accurately and on time.
• Complies with SOPs, EHS and HR training requirements.
• Supports OpEx and EHS initiatives and GMP/ISO compliance.
