Virtua Health in Voorhees, NJ is seeking a Full-Time Advanced Practice Provider for the new Clinical Decision Unit in the Emergency Department. This night-shift role focuses on short-term care, admissions, and coordinating transitions to outpatient or inpatient services, under CDU physicians.

The APP will deliver patient-centered care, participate in admissions, and support seamless workups and discharges. Successful candidates have hospital experience, CDU/ED exposure preferred, and strong

• Experience in a hospital setting is required.
• Prior experience in a Clinical Decision Unit or Emergency Department is highly preferred.
• Strong motivation, excellent teamwork, and leadership skills are essential.
