Job summary

Ideal candidates hold a high school diploma, have 2+ years in pharma or analytical labs, and bring strong problem-solving and communication skills with basic computer literacy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 2+ years of pharma/manufacturing or analytical lab experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Support and execute activities in GMP manufacturing.
• Clean and set up equipment; maintain batch records and SOPs.
• Operate production equipment; participate in cGMP production.
• Maintain safety and quality in the production environment.

Education

High School Diploma or GED

2+ years pharma/manufacturing or analytical lab experience

Strong problem-solving skills

Effective oral and written communication

Basic mathematical skills

Basic computer literacy

Self-motivated / high initiative
