ABM Industries seeks a Field Supervisor to oversee cleaning and administrative operations at an airport facility in Charlotte, NC. You will manage a team across terminals and support daily tasks while liaising with airport management to ensure a clean, safe environment for passengers and staff.

The role requires hands-on leadership, adherence to safety standards, and the ability to coordinate schedules, train staff, and resolve issues quickly during a fast-paced, night-shift environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in janitorial services.
• Knowledge of airport safety protocols and security practices.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise janitorial and administrative staff, including scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
• Ensure cleaning procedures meet airport safety regulations and industry standards.
• Oversee daily airport terminal cleaning operations and facilities.
• Conduct inspections and address quality issues promptly.
• Coordinate with airport management and other departments.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Enforce health and safety policies, including hazardous materials handling.
• Train and mentor staff to uphold quality and efficiency.
• Keep records of schedules, attendance, and evaluations.
