Qualifications

• AGACNP/ACNP or PA required.
• Strong clinical judgment and documentation.
• Evidence-based practice and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Obtains and documents patient health histories and conducts focused exams.
• Provides primary, acute, and complex care in collaboration with health care teams.
• Orders, interprets, and uses diagnostic data to guide treatment.
• Forms differential diagnoses and manages acute and chronic conditions.
• Prescribes medications and non-pharmacologic interventions within scope of practice.
