Job description

Join a team dedicated to feeding communities by operating within an automated distribution environment. As an Automatic Case Pick (ACP) Generalist, your primary responsibilities include removing cases from full pallets, layering them onto trays in the automated system, and ensuring pallet stability. You will operate robots, troubleshoot faults, and maintain system integrity to support efficient shipping operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Attendance and a high school diploma or equivalent
• Initiative, productivity, safety awareness, and strong work values

Key Duties:

• Removing and stacking cases accurately while maintaining quality
• Inspecting product stability and pallet integrity
• Clearing system faults and performing assigned job tasks

Physical Demands & Environment:

• Standing, bending, lifting (1-60 lbs.), and walking 6-12 miles daily
• Working on multiple levels and handling sharp objects safely
• Environment includes dry grocery areas with temperatures from 50°-90°
