Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required under federal, state, and local laws.
• Background/criminal history considered as per laws.
• Drug screen may be required.
• Licensing may be required by state/local laws.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees by following security procedures and site policies.
• Verify identification, authorize entry, and issue visitor/contractor credentials; maintain access records.
• Monitor traffic at entry/exit points and support screening procedures; communicate access concerns to site contacts.
• Respond to incidents calmly and document observations with required reports.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, loading areas, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
