Per Mar Security Services is hiring a Full-Time Security Officer for Chippewa Falls, WI. The role involves conducting hourly rounds, monitoring cameras, and enforcing site rules to keep people and property safe.

The 3rd shift runs 11:00 PM–7:00 AM, Monday through Friday, with on-call weekend coverage for supervisory duties. The position offers $17.50 per hour, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities to advance within a large, family-owned Midwest company.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct hourly security rounds throughout the assigned facility.
• Monitor security cameras and alarm systems.
• Verify identification and check in guests, employees, contractors, and visitors at the main entrance.
• Communicate professionally with internal staff.
• Escort verified guests when necessary.
• Enforce client rules and state requirements.
• Provide excellent customer service with a professional demeanor.
• Serve as the first point of contact for visitors entering the facility.
